I spend my childhood under Malič take-off in Laško and often observed paragliders in the air. I had a big wish to fly myself, not to mention my foolish thinking that all the girls will start to like me because of that. So it began, at the age of 16 and with my parents written consent, I started my paragliding career. At first slow, with lots of worry from my parents, but later with a lot less persuasion of how safe it actually is. From the year 2010 till 2012 I grew quite strong. I started with competitions, lots of 200km flights across the Italian border, paragliding vacations in Turkey, got accepted in NOVA pilots team etc. Later I put paragliding aside and focused my energy and motivation to finishing my study.
I actively came back to the world of paragliding in the middle of 2016 and in the year 2018 I qualified for PWC with a sport class glider. I became a member of Slovenian Youth Paragliding Team and with a buy of competition class glider showed my will to become member of National Paragliding Team and fight for the top rankings.
Other sports: Hike&Fly, swimming, snowboard.
Favourite moments: A sports teacher in high school was a paragliding instructor. Random Wednesday after sports class I should attend another two hours of math classes before going home. But instead, the teacher went to see my class teacher and agreed with her that I have to help him at something for the following hours. We went for a fly to Malič.
